I charge $125 for individual sessions. I am currently not paneled with any insurance companies. However, I am able to provide a superbill for potential reimbursement if your plan allows. Additionally, I have limited sliding scale spots available and am a registered VCAP provider.

Cancellation fees are in place to maintain accountability to treatment and because a time commitment is made to you, and held exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If sessions are canceled with less than 48 hours notice, you will be responsible for paying the following fees.

• Individual sessions canceled under 48 hours are charged $50

• Individual sessions canceled under 24-hour notice are charged the full session fee.

The length of time varies greatly between clients and is dependent on what issues they are working through and how long they’d like to spend in therapy. My goal is to get you to a place where you are stable, empowered, and consistently applying tools to maintain your freedom.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes, initial intakes are 60 minutes.
