About Me
Honora Feinberg, MSEd., LAPC
Supervised by Brittany A. Webb, LPC, PC009667
I believe in the power of spaces where humans can safely be their full, authentic selves. In an extremely isolating world, therapy can help you build a foundation of intimacy with the self that unlocks your ability to be more present in your relationships, more connected with your values, and better able to offer compassion to your wounded parts. I primarily see young adults and LGBTQIA+ people who feel ‘stuck’ in typical talk therapy and need help challenging patterns of avoidance.
While I mainly use a combination of ACT, DBT, and IFS, I like to have candid conversations with my clients about what works for them first so I can create a unique treatment plan that fits their current and future needs. I am also experienced at using elements of ERP or ExRP for various subtypes of OCD.
For me, moments of levity and joy are an essential counterbalance to all of the darkness we must wade through. As a member of the queer community, I am passionate about establishing therapeutic spaces that are LGBTQIA+/gender affirming and welcoming of BIPOC, poly/non-monogamous folks, and sex workers.
